Where is our 'Made to Order' service available?
You can place your personalised order (Made to Order) through the Customise option available on our website. The estimated manufacturing and delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks. Please note that, as this is a personalised product, exchanges and returns are not accepted, except in the case of manufacturing defects or an error on our part, in accordance with current legislation.
How do I resolve queries about bag dimensions?
In the description for each bag, you will find all the information you need to know about the dimensions of the item in question: -The numbers indicate Width x Height x Depth -The length of the handle refers to the total in cm from end to end. If it is an adjustable handle, two measurements will appear: the minimum and maximum length. -The span of the strap refers to how the bag falls when hung from the shoulder. -For more information on the measurements, most product descriptions include images of how the bag falls.

Our NFC system allows you to verify the authenticity of your product in a simple and fast way. Each item has an integrated NFC chip containing a unique ID. By bringing your NFC-enabled smartphone close to the chip, you will be redirected to a web page where you can verify the authenticity of your product.
How long is the guarantee for Lottusse items?
